Adventures

Hello all! So sorry for the delay in posting! I have had a lot going on in the months of May and June!

For most of the month of May I was sick. I didn't get over my sickness for 3.5 weeks so it was brutal. But in all of that my job and students were very understanding as I had to cancel several classes while I was recovering. 

I had some exciting things for the month of June to start off, Beto and I went on a beautiful hike! I was also able to participate in a young adults retreat from my inernational church. It was a great time in the word and studying the Bible and praying with other believers. It was also so much fun to fellowship and have a little break for the weekend! 

Classes have been great for the month of June, my students are making great progress and I am also building great relationships with them. Recently too, one of my most advanced high school students, Siany has helped in the 1-3rd grade classes helping to teach the younger kids. I really love that the ministry encourages the kids to give back to the ministry as they can!

I also got to go back to Texas for 4 days and surprise my parents!! Here are some videos of JuJu and I surprising them! It was a great time to see my friends and spend some time with my family. 

Please continue to pray for me and the ministry. I am still in need of an additonal $400 per month to continue to stay here and work for the ministry! I continue to trust God in this and that He will provide! Thank you for all of your continued support!!
