God Provides!

The month of April was great but busy! I am in the full swing of classes and the kids are doing amazing. I am seeing such growth in them both in English, spiritually, and in their relationships and maturity! This past month some of our most advanced high school kids tutored the younger ones! This is truly incredible to see our older students investing in the younger ones and being good examples and serving them. In my classes we have been going through several different bible stories which has brought up good conversation. And the older kids are studying Genesis together during class. 

I have also had the time to spend with friends going on hikes, out to lunch, and time with Beto and his family! It is truly a blessing to be surrounded and supported by so many amazing people here. Beto and I also built a table which was a fun project! It's not perfect, but it works great and was way cheaper! 

My grandma and 5 of my cousins also came to visit in April and they came and helped with several of my classes and my grandma had crocheted 100 doilies for my students! They then practiced conversation together! It was a really cool time for the kids to meet part of my family and practice their English more!

My cousins, grandma, and I also went and explored other parts of Costa Rica, we went to the beach, waterfalls, and places around San Jose! It was a really fun time to see them and spend time together! Truly, I am so thankful for my family and their constant support!

Through it all, God has provided. He has shown me that he constantly provides in ways and through people I would never expect. I don't live a life that is full of monetary posessions or things, but I live a full life with people and experiencing the nature that God has created. I was also able to purchase a normal size fridge, chairs for my table, and some tools! Thanks to all of your generosity! Lots of things coming up in the month of May, June, and July!! I will keep y'all updated! 

Prayer

- God would work in the hearts of my students
- That I would have energy and patience with the kids
- God would be the center of my life
- God would continue to be the center of my relationship with Beto
- God would provide an additional job for Beto
